Scanmarker version – When your scanner is connected to the computer, the red light should go on when scanner is clicked down, as if to scan.
If it isn't working, please try with:
- Different USB port
- Different USB cable
- Different computer (no need for software installation).
If there is no change, your scanner has likely broken down - please submit a support ticket so that we can assist you further.
Please note difference with Scanmarker Air: The red light will only go on when software is open on computer and scanner has successfully connected (either via USB cable or Bluetooth connection.)
