I forgot my password
👉 Forgotten your password and can no longer access your Scanmarker profile? Follow the instructions!
🔐 Good to know: For security reasons, our teams do not have access to your password. We will therefore not have the opportunity to send it back to you.
But we've got this covered for you. You can create a new one directly from the website or the mobile application. It will allow you to log in to your profile and start scanning and reading.

To reset your password:

On the login page

Click on "Forgot my password" in the centre of the page

Enter your email address

You should have already received an email from us containing a link to reset your password (at the address corresponding to your Scanmarker profile). Please look for an email from appinfo@scanmarker.com

Click on the link embedded in the email

Create your new password and enter it a second time to validate it.
💡 Good to know: For security reasons, a password on Scanmarker must contain at least 8 characters.
👉 If you have clicked on "I forgot my password" and you have not received an email (even in your spam): you can of course contact us by clicking here, so that we can help you to create a password.
