Some users prefer to use wireless earbuds with their Scanmarker device for private listening. After testing, AirPods Pro connect normally with Scanmarker Pro, Pal, and Max when paired correctly.
Follow the steps below to ensure a successful connection.
Before You Begin
Make sure:
Your AirPods Pro are charged
Bluetooth is enabled on your Scanmarker device
No other device (iPhone, iPad, laptop) is currently paired with the AirPods
If needed, disconnect the AirPods from other devices first.
Step-by-Step Connection Guide
1. Place the AirPods Pro in the case
Put both earbuds inside the charging case.
Close the lid completely.
2. Wait 15 seconds
This resets the Bluetooth state and prepares the earbuds for pairing.
3. Open the lid
Keep the earbuds inside the case.
Leave the lid open after 15 seconds.
4. Press and hold the setup button
Locate the small round button on the back of the AirPods charging case.
Press and hold it for up to 10 seconds.
You’ll see:
Status Indicator → Flashing White
This means:
Your AirPods Pro are now in pairing mode and ready to connect.
5. Connect from Your Scanmarker Device
Scanmarker Pro / Pro Max / Max
Go to Settings
Select Bluetooth
Choose AirPods Pro from the list
Tap Connect
Scanmarker Pal
Open the Bluetooth menu
Select AirPods Pro
Confirm the pairing request
Once paired, the earbuds will connect automatically each time you use the device—unless they are paired with a different device first.
Troubleshooting Tips
If the AirPods do not appear in the Bluetooth list:
Make sure the light is still flashing white
Move the AirPods case closer to the Scanmarker device
Turn Bluetooth off and on again on the scanner
Forget the AirPods from any nearby iPhones/iPads, then retry
Reset the AirPods by holding the button until the light flashes amber then white
