If you forgot or you dont remeber you created your Scanmarker account. Follow the path that matches what you see:
A. Check if You Already Have an Account
Go to https://app.scanmarker.com in Chrome (recommended).
Click Log In.
Enter the email you think you used and press Continue.
If the system says “Email not found”, proceed to section B (new account).

If it accepts the email and asks for a password you don’t remember, click “Forgot password?” and:
Enter the same email.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for a reset email from contact@scanmarker.com.
Click the reset link and create a new password (8+ characters).
Didn’t receive a reset email?
Make sure there are no typos.
Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh your inbox.
If still nothing, let me know the email you tried (just the domain can help if you prefer privacy) and I’ll check on our side.
B. Create a New Account (If Email Not Found)
Web (Fastest):
Visit https://app.scanmarker.com.
Click Sign Up (or Create Account).
Enter your email and create a password.
Open your email and click the verification link (if prompted).
Log in with the selected password and follow the onboarding steps to connect your scanner,
Mobile App (iOS / Android):
Install “Scanmarker app (Air or Reader)” from the App Store or Google Play.
Open it and choose Create Account / Sign Up.
Enter email + password → verify email (if prompted) → log in.
Desktop (Scan2File):
(Optional—only needed for direct scanning into Word/Excel.) Download from our web based software at app.scanmarker.com the desktop app .
Launch the app; if you’re not signed in, click Sign In / Sign Up → complete the same email + password process.
C. If You Might Have Used a Social Login
If you previously tapped “Continue with Google” (or another provider), you must use that same button again—password resets via email won’t work because the account relies on the provider. Try:
Click Log In > Continue with Google (or other provider you recall).
If it logs you straight in: that was your original method.
D. Common Gotchas & Fixes

If you accidentally created multiple accounts with similar emails (e.g., name@domain.org vs. name@students.school.org), tell me which one you prefer and I can guide consolidation.
