Scanmarker Smart Pay-As-You-Go Credits (No Subscription)

All users of *Scanmarker Air, Reader, and USB* devices receive access to Scanmarker’s *OCR and Live Translation services* through our *Free Plan Starter Package*, at no cost.
 

The Scanmarker monthly usage allowance  is designed for regular user volume. This allowance applies across several activities, including scanning, importing text, translation, voice translation, and dictionary usage.

Each user uses these functions in different proportions. Because usage is calculated based on the total volume of data processed across all features, two users can reach the limit at different times—even if one has scanned fewer pages. For example, frequent use of translation or voice-related features consumes more of the monthly allowance than basic scanning.

Some users naturally have higher data needs. In those cases, you have two options:

• Wait until the next monthly cycle, when the usage resets automatically, or

• Purchase additional usage credits. These credits are added on top of your monthly allowance and do not expire until fully used.

Automatically included for all Scanmarker Air, Reader, and USB users and includes basic access to:

Pay-As-You-Go Credits (No Subscription)

For higher usage or advanced needs, Scanmarker offers *pay-as-you-go credits*:

* One-time purchases only — *no subscriptions and no automatic renewals*
* Credits are deducted only for the actions you use (scans, translations, speech services)
* You pay exactly for what you consume
* Purchased credits *never expire*

Credit Packages

• $5 – Starter Package :  Ideal for light use such as quick scans, short translations, or brief TTS reads
• $10 – Growth Package : Designed for moderate use including longer documents and multiple translations

• $50 – Power User Package :  Best for heavy or professional use, high-volume scanning, and extensive translation or TTS projects

How the Credits System Works?

All users receive *free credits once per month. 
When both free and purchased credits are available , free credits are used first. Purchased credits are used only after free credits are exhausted

When new free credits are added the following month:

 * The system automatically switches back to using free credits first
* Purchased credits remain available until fully used
